We supply our at-home mould kits, full instructions and service for those who can’t schedule an in-person appointment, or see a dentist. We advise you watch our how-to video to determine if you’re able to provide an accurate mould using the at-home method. If you do not feel able, please reach out to schedule an appointment in our Sydney studio, or with your dentist.<\\/p>\\n
It is important you make sure your mould has clearly defined teeth, with no smudges or tears in the silicone. Please reference our\\u00a0how-to video for examples of correct and incorrect impressions.<\\/p>\\n
You shall receive your completed item within approximately 1 – 4 weeks. Once received, check the fit by placing and pushing the Grillz gently over the chosen tooth\\/teeth. It should naturally sit in place. If you have an issue with the fit, please return your Grillz and we will readjust, or take a secondary mould (mould kit provided) if the readjustment is unsuccessful. This is sometimes necessary for custom work that requires a precise fit. Please understand custom made products do take time and occasionally require some alterations to create your ideal piece and perfect fit.<\\/p>\\n
